Jay Inbound

Private administrative intake for authorized Weight2Lose staff.

Current status: The Gmail connection is being configured. Email capture through this connection is not yet active.

What it is for

Jay Inbound is Weight2Lose's private administrative intake tool for authorized staff. Its Gmail connection is being configured for the Weight2Lose and Toronto Metabolic Clinic business mailboxes. Patients do not need to connect a Google account.

When enabled, Jay reads received messages and supported attachments, organizes incoming inquiries, and suggests contact details and categories for staff review.

Read-only mailbox access

This read-only connection cannot send messages or change the mailbox. Connecting it does not authorize an outreach campaign. Suggestions remain subject to staff review.

Privacy and support
