Rules for using the public Weight2Lose website and supported enrollment pathways.

1. Website purpose and enrollment
This website provides general information, inquiries, consultation booking, applications and supported payment pathways. A human Program Director helps eligible patients choose a suitable program and prepares a personalized proposal. Enrollment and payment are arranged after the patient reviews and accepts the proposal and applicable program documents. Individual MD and ND appointments are available to existing Weight2Lose patients, subject to clinical suitability, practitioner availability and authorization where care is received.
Before payment, review your order or proposal and the Program Agreement. Your accepted documents record the services, selected program term, price, taxes, discounts and payment arrangement. The Program Agreement and Cancellation & Refund Policy govern your purchase. International services remain subject to their location-specific terms.
An inquiry or free consultation does not enroll you. Website content and AI assistance do not provide individualized medical advice, diagnosis or emergency care, or guarantee service eligibility.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Site lawfully and provide accurate commerce information.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, malware delivery, payment testing, impersonation, or interference.
- Do not submit clinical information in public fields, ordinary email, or Stripe Checkout.
- Do not reproduce protected program materials except for personal use or as permitted by law.
3. Intellectual property
The Site, copy, design, software, and program materials are owned by or licensed to Weight2Lose Management Inc. Weight2Lose® is a registered trademark. No licence is granted except a limited, revocable right to use the Site and purchased materials for their intended personal purpose.
4. Links and availability
Third-party links are provided for convenience or service delivery. Their services and terms are their own. Weight2Lose may maintain, secure, or temporarily suspend Site functions and will use reasonable efforts to avoid material service interruption.
5. Liability and rights
Nothing excludes fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, failure to use reasonable confidentiality safeguards, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. For claims solely about public Site use, indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the extent permitted. Consumer and professional rights remain non-waivable.
6. Law and contact

These updated terms apply to new agreements accepted under this version. Existing patients retain the terms of their previously accepted proposal and agreement unless a change is separately agreed in writing.
This document governs Site use. Where it is separately incorporated into an order, that incorporation must be identified in the applicable acceptance record. Consumer statutory rights are non-waivable.
