1. Cooling-off

Your Rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002. You may cancel this agreement at any time during the period that ends ten (10) days after the later of the day you receive a written copy of the agreement and the day all the services are available. You do not need to give the supplier a reason for cancelling during this 10-day period. In addition, there are grounds that allow you to cancel this agreement. You may also have other rights, duties and remedies at law. For more information, you may contact the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services. To cancel this agreement, you must give notice of cancellation to the supplier, at the address set out in the agreement, by any means that allows you to prove the date on which you gave notice. If no address is set out in the agreement, use any address of the supplier that is on record with the Government of Ontario or the Government of Canada or is known by you. If you cancel this agreement, the supplier has fifteen (15) days to refund any payment you have made and return to you all goods delivered under a trade-in arrangement (or refund an amount equal to the trade-in allowance).

Give notice by a method that lets you prove when it was sent. You may email info@weight2lose.ca or fax 416-636-3236.

2. Before intake and suitability

A Signature Program is fully refundable if cancelled before the first intake, even after cooling-off ends. If intake determines that the program cannot appropriately be provided, Weight2Lose cancels enrollment and refunds all amounts paid.

3. Signature Programs

After the first intake and applicable cooling-off period, fees are non-refundable unless law requires a refund, Weight2Lose cannot materially provide the program, or a documented extraordinary exception is approved. Your accepted order records your chosen term, services, fee and payment arrangement. Applicable statutory payment rights remain available. Existing patients retain their accepted terms and payment schedules.

4. Individual Naturopathic Doctor and Medical Doctor appointments

This section applies to individual Naturopathic Doctor and Medical Doctor appointments purchased per visit under the Program Agreement, and to any optional physician or naturopathic-doctor visit that Weight2Lose previously sold or separately arranges in writing under its applicable accepted terms. Each appointment is a single purchase for one visit; payment does not by itself reserve an appointment time. These appointment rules also apply to a separately priced MD or ND visit added to a Signature Program. Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund, or reschedule subject to availability. A late cancellation or missed appointment may count as used, except where law requires otherwise or Weight2Lose grants an emergency exception. Cooling-off and other statutory rights prevail. If the clinic cannot offer the appointment, the purchased professional service is unavailable, or the follow-up eligibility requirement is not met, Weight2Lose cancels and refunds the purchase.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds return to the original payment method. If an order was paid through a separately approved wire process, any refund returns through the approved finance process to the verified originating payer and account; Weight2Lose never accepts new refund instructions solely by email.

A refund required after cancellation under the statutory or contractual cooling-off right is issued within 15 days. Other approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days unless a shorter legal deadline applies. Financial institutions and processors control posting time after initiation.

6. How to cancel

Email info@weight2lose.ca or fax 416-636-3236. Include your name, order reference, and a clear statement that you are cancelling. Do not include health information or card or bank details.

This document is incorporated into an order only when identified in the customer’s acceptance record and durable agreement copy. Consumer statutory rights are non-waivable.
