International Services & Currency Terms
Additional terms for nutrition-program orders placed from outside Canada.
Additional terms for nutrition-program proposals for clients outside Canada.
Applicability: Applies to orders accepted under this version.
Version IS-2026.10.03.1
Seller: Weight2Lose Management Inc.
1. Scope and acceptance
Before acceptance, a human Program Director confirms whether the nutrition-led program and any locally available care are suitable for your location. Your private personalized proposal identifies the agreed services, currency, total fee, applicable taxes, payment schedule, and any location-specific conditions. After you review and accept the proposal and applicable program documents, Stripe processes payment through the agreed payment arrangement. An inquiry or free consultation booking does not enroll you in a paid program.
2. Location and service availability
Identify the country and region where you will receive the program before acceptance. Weight2Lose does not promise that regulated clinical services or prescribing are available in every jurisdiction. If Weight2Lose determines before service begins that the accepted nutrition program cannot lawfully or appropriately be provided in your location, it will cancel the enrollment and fully refund the payment to the original method. Do not provide clinical information in a public form, ordinary email, or payment process.
3. Nutrition-led scope outside Canada
International program service is limited to the scope confirmed for the assigned nutrition professional in your location. It does not create access to an Ontario physician or naturopathic doctor, medical diagnosis, prescribing, laboratory ordering, or local emergency care. Any medical or prescription care must be obtained from a practitioner authorized where you are physically located. Weight2Lose may narrow, pause, or stop a service if your location changes or local requirements cannot be met.
4. Currency, payment, and refunds
The accepted personalized proposal identifies the payment currency, applicable tax, total fee, payment schedule, and any applicable currency conditions. Payment is collected according to the individually accepted payment arrangement. Your financial institution may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction charges. Eligible refunds return through the original approved payment method; financial institutions and processors control any currency conversion and posting time.
5. Taxes
The accepted personalized proposal identifies taxes Weight2Lose is required to collect based on the applicable location and active registrations. You remain responsible only for a tax the law requires you, rather than Weight2Lose, to self-report; Weight2Lose remains responsible for taxes it is legally required to collect and remit.
6. Consumer rights and governing law
Ontario law and the courts of Ontario govern the agreement, but this does not exclude or reduce mandatory consumer, privacy, health-profession, or other rights that apply in your place of residence or service. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver applies. Contact Weight2Lose first to seek a practical resolution, without limiting a regulator complaint, card dispute, or other non-waivable remedy.
7. Privacy and cross-border processing
Commerce and administration information may be processed in Canada, the United States, or another country used by an approved service provider. Weight2Lose remains accountable for information under its control, uses contractual and technical safeguards, and limits processing to the stated purpose. Information may be subject to lawful access by courts, law enforcement, or authorities in the processing country. Clinical information is collected only later through the approved secure-care system and is governed by the applicable custodian and local requirements.
8. Safety, sanctions, and service changes
The program is not emergency care. Use local emergency services where you are located. Weight2Lose may refuse or stop a transaction where sanctions, export controls, payment restrictions, fraud controls, professional rules, insurance limits, or safety requirements prohibit or materially restrict service. If Weight2Lose stops an accepted program for one of these reasons without customer fault, it refunds the unprovided portion or the full amount where required by law.
9. Existing agreements and contact
These updated terms apply to new agreements accepted under this version. Existing patients retain the terms of their previously accepted proposal and agreement unless a change is separately agreed in writing.
