Accessibility at Weight2Lose.

We work toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and applicable Ontario accessibility requirements across public information, enrolment, and support.

Our digital standard

We design for semantic structure, logical headings, visible focus, keyboard-complete operation, sufficient contrast, meaningful labels, field-level errors and summaries, responsive reflow, reduced motion, touch targets, native controls, and assistive-technology support.

Documents and communication

Agreements and records are available in accessible HTML. Where technically supported, PDF copies are also provided. We can offer an alternate format or communication support for a disability-related need within a reasonable time and at no additional charge.

Program accommodations

Tell the team what would make administrative or program access workable—for example, phone instead of video, additional communication time, an accessible document format, or a support-person arrangement. Requests are considered individually and privately.

Feedback and barriers

Report a barrier or request accommodation at info@weight2lose.ca or 647-559-4496. Include the page or service involved and your preferred response format; do not include unnecessary clinical information in ordinary email.

Response process

Weight2Lose acknowledges accessibility feedback, routes it to the responsible owner, offers an accessible response format, and tracks remediation. If a digital route is not immediately accessible, the team will provide a reasonable alternative.
